Best Practices for Professional Quilt Instructors

Page Content:

Teaching your quilting can be a great way to earn income and establish yourself as an expert. In this webinar, you'll learn about pitching your class, developing your curriculum, and leveraging your brand in a classroom setting with planning, preparation, practice, and insight.

Working with the MQG team, Heather Grant, the director of marketing and programming for the Modern Quilt Guild, reviews hundreds of faculty applications for QuiltCon and other events.

The MQG books more than 100 faculty, who are all given written feedback from their students, seen by both the instructor and the MQG. Thus, Heather has a comprehensive understanding of how great proposals turn into high quality classes.
