MQG Leadership Handbook Table of Contents

Page Content:

First off, thank you for being on your Guild’s leadership team. The Modern Quilt Guild, like any membership organization, requires strong leadership at the local level to flourish and grow. Whether you are starting your guild, new to your guild’s officer team, or you are an experienced leader, we hope that this document will help you in whatever part of your leadership journey you are on.

Some parts of this document will be great for new guilds, some will be a refresher, and some might just be a reference guide when you think “I’ve run out of ideas! What do I do at my next guild meeting?!”

We hope this helps with any questions you have, but as always we are here to help you along the way too. If you have any questions that you can’t find an answer to here, please reach out to me at amanda@themodernquiltguild.com

Cheers to another productive year of quilting!
