Page Content:

The Gambit quilt pattern is made up entirely of strip piecing! You will start off by creating large stripped units and then trimming them down to 2"-wide strips that you will use to piece together each block. This pattern is a great way to practice using a scant seam allowance and to hone your point-matching skills.

Finished Size: 65" x 65"

Skill Level: Intermediate

Taylor is currently settled down in Seattle with her three rescue dogs and partner, surrounded by mountains and nature. She started out her career as an illustrator and graphic designer working in the corporate world for most of her adult life. In 2019, she discovered her love for quilting as a way to step away from her computer-heavy career.

Quilting quickly turned into something she wanted to further pursue creatively and started to combine her love for design with her newfound fabric obsession. Now, she writes quilt patterns under the alias Toad & Sew (toadandsew.com) and enjoys dreaming up new designs that bring a unique touch into the quilting world. Her goal is to create modern quilt patterns that are not only unique but also a lot of fun to make!
