When Shruti started looking at Godhadis of Maharashtra as a topic to study she was amazed at the variety of quilts that she saw. The designs of Godhadis have been influenced by the history of the state of Maharshtra and the various explorers and rulers it has seen over the past centuries. In this webinar, Shruti talks about the influences of history on the quilts of her state.
