"The pattern in the grounds of Chicago's Navy Pier inspired this quilt. The integration between the small and big zig zags created such a beautiful pattern that I immediately knew I wanted to recreate them in a quilt. I realized that this lovely collection from Michael Miller were perfect for this pattern.
To me, the dense quilting in different diagonal directions signify the thousands of people that visit that attraction every single day."
